: Apart from the close proximity to the chairlift, nothing else.
: From the very first enter of the building, the property smells like mould and old unused building. The apartment itself is nothing close to cosy. The beds are uncomfortable, there is mould on the walls of the bedrooms and the bathroom is old with some broken tiles. The worst of all is the owner, who doesnt speak a single word different from Italian. This is the most unfriendly and impolite host I have ever met. He took us a deposit of a 100 euro which is not listed anywhere and after the end of our stay he kept us for 30 minutes to search the apartment for damages. Ridiculous. Finally he unwillingly returned our deposit. On top of all, the apartment was cold all the time because the host economises the electricity and turns it once a day for half an hour. Bear in mind that in Livigno its minus at least 10 all the time. Also, he stops the hot water and claims that there is a problem. After we called him twice it turned out there is not any problem, but he just turns the tap off, in order not to pay for electricity. But he didnt mind taking the money for accommodation. I do not recommend the property to anyone.

: The location position is excellent for skiing (and also in other seasons), just across the road from the Trepalle chairlift. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped apartment, with very welcoming, kind and discreet hosts at the same time. It's a great location for a family vacation!
: Sometimes can be heard the noise from the upper restaurant.

: The property was very clean, and well equipped. Such close proximity to the ski lift- and 10 mins drive from Livigno town.
