  : I asked for a double bed and got 2 singles,the t.v didn't work, it's advertised as a B&B yeah alright as long as you only eat toast or cereal, there's 1 bathroom with the only toilet between all guests, it's more like a hostel

  : Clean room, comfortable beds, great price and friendly staff.
  : One small window latch was broken so couldn't close properly, however, curtains were thick so kept the cold out.

  : Perfect location for going to Anfield and just a few yards from a Wetherspoons. Bit too scruffy really but clean sheets and a warm shower. Very basic with a thin door to the shower and toilet.

  : I was there for only one night to watch a football game, the location is perfect only 15 minutes walk to Anfield there's a Weatherspoons pub next door. Staff are very friendly and welcoming there is a communal kitchen and breakfast is self service The bedroom could do with double glazing as it was a bit cold , the bedding is very clean. Overall decent place to stay.

  : The location was perfect for our needs -- proximity to Goodison, home of the Everton football team. We arrived unexpectedly early and were warmly welcomed to come in -- our room had just been prepared. The proprietors were unusually kind, helpful, responsive, and hospitable.
  : Friday night karaoke was rather rambunctious and ran until past midnight. My son was able to fall asleep quickly; me, not so much. And then when the pub patrons departed in the wee hours, the street noise from their conversations was rather easily heard. But I don't think that's the "guesthouse's problem", really. Our room was a bit chilly, but we survived!
