Disappointing
Traveller Type: solo traveller
: Someone messed up with bookings of beds and room, and I was without room for 3 4 hours around night. They were able to find a bed at last. And then, on the next day, when I went out of the room and came back, all the stuff which was lying on my bed and Hangers were thrown out, and staff was not even aware who cleaned room.

: The staff were friendly and always happy to help out. The room was clean and well presented, there was also plenty of space outside the room to relax and do a little work ect.
: The main toilets lacked a seat making using them rather awkward. The cleaning was generally good but some areas had been missed like the inside corners of the bed cabinet.

Poor
Traveller Type: with friends
: Although the bun bed had no legs and was litterally a frame on the floor, it was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were also great! Once we figured out how to get hot water for the shower it was fantastic! The water pressure was brilliant and we always had hot water.Central location with loads of bars and restaurants right near.
: The room had just 1 window to open which was tiny at the very end of the room. Although most areas were clean, there was (thick) dust over the top of the double bed, the fans and the bathroom shelf. The bathroom didnt have an exhaust fan which meant the room had mould and water damage, the paint was peeling off in large lumps and really brought the overall look and feel of the room down. Both bunk beds had giant storage boxes within them. I understand the idea of them but the size made moving during sleep incredibly uncomfortable and we have come home with our legs covered in bruises. Some staff were lovely, others weren't very helpful at all. Barely a hello most of the time. The bar was a whole different story....

Poor

  : It was relatively clean.
: Organisation is chaotic.I was given the same bed as another person, then after about half an hour at the reception I was given a bed with a non-functional socket and lamp.
