  : First of all this is the hotel with the nicest location in Litvinov by far. It's on the edge of the town in the woods. It's lovely and peaceful and during summer days you can sit outside with a drink and enjoy. The beautiful location definitely makes up for some of the short comings. Our room in the old hotel (above the restaurant) was a lot bigger then we expected. Very roomy and with a balcony. Great. The breakfast every morning was good. Selection of breads and cheeses and hams and sweet buns and yogurts etc. The restaurant on site has decent food and it's very convenient to just pop downstair and have a lunch or dinner. The staff were pleasant. If you have kids there is a great play park just outside as part of the resort; another highlight.
  : The hotel in the old building is a bit run down. There is no getting away from it. It needs a refurb, but I think all efforts are concentrated on the new building (the actual hotel). It's a shame the old building is getting a bit neglected. It just needs a paint job, new bed sheets, new sofa and it would be excellent. The location and ambience make up for the short falls, but it would be nice to see the old rooms get some love ;-)
