  : The location is great, except it is a little bit out-of-the-way from the restaurants. But being near the cliff and looking at the ocean was gorgeous. The property and the rooms were clean.
  : The bartending staff wasn’t very pleasant and did not take care of me quickly with my food and drinks. the food was horrendous. Every item of food I ordered was burnt and over done. Even the morning breakfast buffet, the muffins were burnt the bread was burned, The croissants were burnt.

  : Paint drops on windows. Overspray on door. Extension cords used in room. Dings and wall damage on drywall. Champaign offered but never delivered. Tv mounted crooked on wall. Not worth money paid for room.

  : Beautiful view - we were upgraded at check in and got a room with a glorious heated bathroom floor. Great bedding, fireplace, plenty of coffee pods. Maintenance and housekeeping staff we met were great.
  : The gal at the front desk Thurs.- Sat. was not pleasant. I booked a massage appointment and the therapist did not show up. The front desk person told us twice, "She should be there." We went back and double check - yep, she should have been there, but was not. Appointment was cancelled and the guest services manager sent us a bottle of champagne to apologize - that was classy.We had to report that out toilet was leaking onto the bathroom floor and the drain was plugged up, but both problems were handled kindly and efficiently by maintained, but having to report it to the front desk twice was awkward.
