  : Staff were friendly and helpful.... nothing was too much trouble.Really good menu and food in the restaurant.Bedroom and enquire were super clean.Beds were really comfortable.. slept like a log!!
  : the hallways and stairs could done with some tlc and carpet perhaps needs a good clean or replacing... but once in room it was immaculate.

  : The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained.
  : The room was freezing because the window had been left open and the radiator didn't seem to work. If I was staying longer than one night I would have questioned but there were plenty of covers to keep me warm overnight

  : The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom large and clean. The shower is excellent, the water hot, and enough towels are provided. You do not need more. The family sized room's two big windows look down on the railway track, and the trains start up around 5am. However, no noise disturbed us.
  : The family sized room is up two steep flights of stairs accessed from behind the bar. However the room is good once you're up there!The bedroom needs a full length mirror. The only bedroom mirror is so high on the wall, only a man can see the top of his head. In the bathroom, where there is no natural light, the only mirror is once again too high, and not useful for more than teeth cleaning.

  : Our view was only of the car park and we had a few problems with our bill, although staff were very diligent in sorting those problem out.

  : I found the staff very friendly and helpful as well as a lovely clean and comfortable room with a nice en suite. I have stayed here a few times now and will continue to visit again soon.

  : Breakfast and dinner very good quality and quantity. Catering staff very good. Shower was very good. Parking was very good.
  : This was our third stay at Arun View and disappointing. We stayed in room 3 which was cold on arrival and despite requesting heating the radiator never rose beyond cold. One bed was worn and uncomfortable. The towels were very thin and need replacing. Previous visits, staying in Room 1 were very good.
