  : Some of the artwork on the stairway is nice and the location is good, but as Litomyl is a small city, everything seems to be within walking distance anyway even if you choose a further located hotel.
  : Although the property photos look nice, the hotel itself is not. There is a lot of paintings but most of them have price tags on them, which left us feeling like weve entered an auction house. The BREAKFAST is totally unacceptable for the price - cheap cheese in plastic, a few cut up pieces of ham and only two pieces of pastries. At least the jam, Nutella and fruit was nice. Dont try to drink the orange juice, its more likely to poison you than add any vitamins. Another massive fail is the coffee. Imagine a really bad coffee taste-wise and then multiply it by two. The staff also had very inappropriate comments when we didnt order coffee the next day as we didnt want to full out tell them how bad the coffee is. If you ask for the machine made espresso, its at least drinkable but not an enjoyable morning experience. For the price of the hotel, I would have at least appreciated some warm food for breakfast, eggs, bacon or sausages - nothing which is available. The ROOM SERVICE is also nonexistent - no one came to replace towels, replace shower gels or the tea. Also our double bed consisted of two single beds pushed together with a massive hole between them - very romantic. The hotel seemed nice for the price of the GENIUS DISCOUNT that we ordered it with. But the next day the owner called us, telling us to either pay more or she will cancel the booking. As we had nowhere else to stay as the city was full due to a festival, we already had nowhere else to stay. We contacted booking as we really didnt like this behaviour as it seemed like the owner is trying to cut back on the provision she has to pay booking and booking actually accepted her behaviour as rightful and gave us an even higher price than what the hotel owner wanted. Lets just say we were a bit confused and perplexed with the behaviour of the owner and booking. RECOMMENDATION: Go stay somewhere else and save yourself the money. Go have a warmer breakfast and a proper coffee in town.

  : Clean hotel near the city center, nice staff
  : The mattresses were quite old The breakfast was terrible, very poor quality (juice was just some cheap lemonade, cheap cheese and ham of poor quality, only one type of white bread rolls). The worse was that you have to sit together at the small tables with other 4 people from different rooms, quite unpleasant.
