  : Room was neat and clean, very modern and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out process, the area was quiet and provided a beautiful view onto the tulip fields. Would definitely return.

  : Really close to the Keukenhof.
  : Really close to the Keukenhof, so you do get stuck in the Keukenhof traffic when getting in and out to other places. "Self check in" sounds great, but it doesn't work. I checked in online and in the machine and none worked so I had to chase someone in their restaurant to help. Almost 20 minutes later, after I went back to the restaurant, I finally got someone to check us in. Same problem for check out: self check out didn't work. I just gave the keys to the same guy saying he would check us out. It's a very non professional, informal process. Good luck finding someone to help. I was charged not once, but 3 times. First time when I tried to check in on their machine, then by the guy doing our check in, and again during check out. After leaving the hotel I complained by email about being charged 3 times (since nothing was done at the hotel) and their first option was to make me a transfer of the amount. I had to push back twice to get the refund on my credit card. They didn't know how to do it but eventually (almost a month later) I got the money back. My room was on the first floor in front of the parking lot, so you can't keep your curtains open, it was either all closed or all open. There was no option to let some light in without people seeing you inside, so we basically stay in a dark room for 2 days.

  : It was within walking distance of kukenhoff gardens in Lisse. The restaurant was great.
  : The automated checkin, is really a bit strange. We were able to go into the restaurant to have someone lock up our luggage until check-in. Then later the restaurant manager was able to get us a key to our room. The hotel in the past was very large. Most of the hotel has been converted to living quarters. Only a few rooms remain to rent.

  : Great location for visiting Keukenhof (about a 15 minute walk if you enter through the parking lot by the bikes, longer to go all the way around to drive in entrance) Very modern, clean, comfortable, secure.
  : No front desk or available staff. I had some questions and also worried id need more toiletries at one point. The kiosk has a call for help option but no one ever came out. The restaurant staff does what they can but they are not hotel staff. The restaurant could have a lot better service. The food was excellent, but it seemed disorganized and very long wait times for a solo traveler in a non crowded time. I wish there was a room service option. The vending machine was a good option in a pinch or for. midnight snack. More English TV channels would be great.

  : I like the location because it is close to the Keukenhof garden.
  : Check-in is by computer on the lobby, no staff present. I requested a room in the upper floor but we got a room at the ground floor and outside was the closed Casino. We could not open our window because there were always people hanging around that area and they can look into our room. I could not asked for a different room because there were no staff in the hotel. There was no stand for the luggage so we had to use part of our bed to keep our luggage off the floor. Check out was with the same computer on the lobby, no staff.
