  : Location was vibrant. Just like the other comments stated, the staff were very welcoming and eager to help. The included breakfast was a very nice bonus! Would definitely return!
  : Stairs leading up to the apartment were a challenge with luggage, and the stairs inside the unit were also difficult to manage. That said, it was not enough to keep us from returning!

  : Very well located- close to all the landmarks and food places. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 24 hour concierge which helped when we had queries. The apartment was very very clean so well done to the staff and team for that. Breakfast provided by the hotel was very good - good variety and quality of service was great.
  : The stairs in the room (apartment B) could be a safety hazard as the stairs are too close to each other - we nearly tripped a few times during our stay. The shower room was too dark especially at night where there was no natural light in the toilet - so it feels like you're showering in the dark. The air-conditioning needs to be repaired as it was blowing hot air instead of cool air (thankfully it was rainy season during our stay and hence we did not need the air-condition). The front main door of the apartment building needs to be oiled as the lock was very stiff and so the key could not turn the door at night.
