  : Picking up the keys was a terrible experience. We paid additional money for the late check-in, but nobody was there to give us the keys. At 1am we had to find another place to stay at night by ourselves, since the person from the company said she could not help us! The next day, instead of passing the keys to our hands, we were informed that the keys are hidden "in a pipe". We couldn't find "a pipe" and were trying to contact the company for another hour. Our case was handled in complete chaos - each time we called, different person picked up the phone and we had to explain everything from beginning. The company decided to return the money for late check-in and paid for the night at another hotel. Nobody mentioned compensation due to many hours spend on the street. We have decided to choose booking.com to avoid troubles like that - apparently it does not guearantee a better serive, just higher prices. There is disgusting fungus in the shower in the bathroom and the water in the shower does not drain, it just stays in the paddling pool. The localization is very good, definitly look for place nearby, but stay away from this one.
