  : This hotel is doing misleading publicity of its own capacities. It was written that we would have an apartment with two bedrooms (I specifically searched for 2 bedrooms suite/apartment in the search engine and it still shows it on the booking receipt) but it was just one studio with no door between the different areas. The bedroom 1 is just the lobby area, which leads directly to the kitchen and the bedroom 2 is connected to the kitchen by a corridor without any door: its just one big room with the kitchen as central hub.When I reported it to the receptionist, he talked to me as if I was totally stupid and just replied me that I could see it on the pictures that there were no doors in between, whereas no map of the apartment was shown on booking.com, and just pictures of the two bed areas (without showing them from angles where we could obviously see it was not two separate bedrooms). He searched for an other hotel room, and the only apartment of the building with a separate bedroom closed from the kitchen area (the second bedroom was still the lobby totally open on the kitchen) was occupied so we still had to stay in this one. This hotel gave me a poor experience, if I knew I would have for sure stayed elsewhere for same price with two private rooms and not in a studio with 3 beds in different areas.

  : Excellent location that is close to all the main attractions and the Baixa-Chiado Metro in Lisbon. The building has an elevator which is great if you have a lot of luggage. We loved that access was controlled via codes and not keys or key cards, one less thing to worry about. The room has a lovely bay window and balcony with a door and a chair to watch the world go by. The kitchen is well equipped.

  : The company has a small office in the same building, so we were just handed the keys (a code for the door) by the staff. The location is nice, short walking distance from the Metro station (Baixa-Chiado), and easy to walk to the main attractions in Baixa, Lisbon, such as Praa do Comrcio. The small kitchen has basic facilities to prepare a small meal (or warm a ready-made meal) and prepare coffee and tea, especially handy for breakfast. Plenty of nearby restaurants are available if you don't like to cook.

  : We were at the TOP floor but luckily there is a lift as we had 2 very large heavy bags. Comfortable, clean apartment. Well located so easy access to Bus/Tram and underground. We bought a Lisboa day card and managed to travel all over Lisbon using different modes of transport. Both front door and apartment door are digital which makes it so easy to get in and out without worrying about keys. Nice large towels which is always a bonus!
  : Surprisingly no complementary coffee/tea? Only had 1 ice tray in the freezer so would recommend another one.
