  : the property is centrally located in a beautiful part of Lisbon Cirt centre
  : The property was unclean . we received only one Persons set of towels for a 12 night stay and one set of bedding . We set about to Launder the sheets only to reveal the actual pillows and duvet were disgusting and appalling unclean . the toilet was badly scaled and clearly had not been cleaned properly for a long long time and the shower was black with mould .the ovens did not work the floors were unclean.the sofa had not been fully cleaned for a long time the property looks great in the photos but its generally paint work and decor is tired .we raised the bedding situation and clean and they sent someone to change the bedding and clean. they changed the bedding but nothing else the oven was replaced by a temporary oven . we had our mother who is Portuguese visiting for christmas lunch and because nothing worked we had to served something from a pan. so no roast that day .we informed the property managers that we had had a terrible Christmas Day because of this and they sent a small temporary oven.we also told them we needed the oven as Covid_19 restrictions were such that we were going to have a few friends for dinner on New Years Eve ( a small family with their 1 year old son) . so we would need to cook.when we raised all these complaints at the end woth the property company and booking.com they told us we held an unauthorised party ( the dinner we told them about on NYE) so we were not due any compensation.this property is a NOMADS property and as we stay in Lisbon 3+ times a year we will never use this company again to their properties again. their attitude was rude , unhelpful and this property - which could be superb , is poorly managed and then bedding was unsanitary. truly disgusting !
