  : Very large, comfortable apartment with a nice kitchen, washing machine. Located in the heart of Baixa and easy access to many sights within walking distance.

  : Very central, great daily cleaning service and overall facilities i.e washing machine, iron etc...
  : Unfortunately due the location, we were based opposite a restaurant with a live band. So every night from 9pm till 11pm you could hear everything, which as a family was not ideal. Also the footstep noises from upstairs travel down. The room in which stayed also had a broken door handle and a very badly shipped shower head which led too some incidents. Finally the stairway was under renovation with new paint but no open ventilation, so anytime we had to go between the room and the lifts, we had exposure to paint fumes, again this mainly was more infuriating because of no warning and the fact that we have a young child. Overall left disappointed with this booking, wish I had read more reviews beforehand.

  : The location was very good. Bed was comfy.
  : The instruction for getting the codes is very long winded and complicated. Send one text or email with entry instructions. The photos on the site do not reflect the condition of the room. The building was being decorated no pre-information of this. The room is in need of some maintenance. The bathroom door doesnt close. The floor is lifting. The tiling needs regrouting. There needs to be a proper seating area not an uncomortable Day Bed.

  : The daily cleaning service was good. The location and facilities were great for a few day stay.

  : Layout worked well for three adults, comfortable beds, very good kitchen layout and facilities.
  : Aircon in bedroom made a high pitched sound throughout the night. Needs attention asap Check in process - via machine inside the hallway right behind the front door, needed to input all booking details and pay the tax first. We appreciate this is a necessary step to access the apartment but its not in the most convenient place especially as people arriving and leaving with luggage all need to access the same entrance. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances and cleaning equipment slightly disappointed no coffee bags were provided for machine we did get 4 chamomile teabags which was a bonus.

  : Access to the building was terrible -we were lucky that another tenant let us into the building, and then we could provide registration details online through a portal in the lobby. There is no actual person there to speak with. I did not want to provide uploaded details of passport to pre-register. Also, floorboards creak terribly in all units!!

  : Perfect location- restaurants just outside the door. Not noisy. Easy digital check-in. Very short walk to metroPerfect size for a couple in the city
  : You should note that the bed is EXTRA firm. And even though there was a coffee maker, it was not equipped with any coffee. This should be provided as travellers are unlikely to buy a bag of coffee for every stay along their vacation. There were tea bags but no coffee. The air conditioner in bedroom was extremely loud with a high pitched noise.
