  : Helpful and welcoming staff. Clean and tidy premises. Good food in the restaurant. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Amazing view of the riverside. Easy access to buses and trams. Absolute value for money.Would definitely recommend and I'd for sure stay here again.
  : Guests need to get their own bathing soap, shower gel as it is not provided. Rest is all money's worth.

  : location is close to torre de Belém and mosteiro dos jeronimos right at the river bank.
  : we had to wait quite a lot to do the check in. we had to go through some sort of back office of the restaurant below in order to reach the room, there was even a clotheshorse with towels drying in the corridor. the walls of the room were dirty from dead bugs being killed over them. it was impossible to open the windows due to the quantity of bugs that would get in. this could be easily solved by placing a net outside the window. the cleanliness was overall lacking, the towels were heavily stained and old.

  : Perfect location with a really nice view and a walking distance to monuments. Lady came every day and made the bed.
  : Size of the room is fine for the price you pay, but. This is not a hotel. These are photos of a restaurant that doesn’t have anything to do with the couple of rooms at the upper floor at back of the restaurant. We arrived around 8.30 and asked at the restaurant where the hotel was and they told us its another building, nobody even knew there were rooms there.. then we called the owner and he told us that there will be someone to let us in at 9.00h by the small back door entrance.Towels had orange stains on them I suppose it’s either from rust or food. Looks much nicer in photos. The shower cabin was leaking at the mounting point so every shower ended in bathroom flooding.Usually I wouldn’t leave a review like this because I can overlook all of this, but I would wake up every morning with new bites over my body and I will add one picture of the part of my arm but my legs look worse, after some research it’s either bed bugs or fleas. It’s itchy and burns. Not sanitary at all. And don’t open your window at night with lights on because you will get a lot of flies inside your room!

  : The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is clean with frequent bed linen and towel changes.Good value for money, if you're not fussy about home comforts.
  : This isn't a hotel. It's three or four rooms tacked on to the first floor of a restaurant where there's no reception desk and guests must hope to find a member of staff to show them to their rooms.Expect to have to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs and through an office area - there's no lift.There are no facilities in the room, no wardrobe, kettle or even a chair.The WiFi is deplorably slow and is set to cut out every twenty minutes or so, making it extremely precarious for anyone wishing to make an online purchase or transfer funds.

  : Location is excellent, host is nice ( waited for me until almost 12.00 pm). It is clean.
  : The room is in the back of the restaurant amd the furniture is basic.
