: Apartment's location was very central and easy to reach. It is also well renovated. Air condition in all rooms. Well equipt kitchen and laundry
: The sofa needs to be cleaned or think to change. The apartment was on the second floor with no elevator, as the most at the apartments downtown, possible problem for elder people

: Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Beds comfortable and the walk in showers good.
: No rails or hooks for hanging towels in bathrooms. A chair in the bedrooms would have been good for clothes. No tea towels in kitchen. Not enough matching glasses for four people. Had to ask for a coffee machine but it was delivered the following day.

: The location was perfect, very central and close to bus, tram and metro routes. The apartment is large and comfortable. Having two bathrooms was welcome with the four of us staying there
: As the office where we had to pick up the keys was nowhere near the actual apartment, it was a pain to go uptown to a busy intersection and then have to find a taxi/Uber back downtown to the apartment. They should meet the client at the rented accommodation. Only one set of keys were provided and even though the place can sleep 6, there were only 3 cups and wine glasses. Trying to get into the place in the evening was a pain as the front door key does not work well. The hot water heater stopped working and the replacement took 11 hours

: The location is superb, 50 m to 3 tramlines, 100 m to the walking street.
: The front door is still dificult to open, the same problem as two years ago

: The location was excellent, lots and lots of nearby restaurants and sights to see. Great bar called Canil down the road with 32 different beers (inc real ales) as well as wine etc. We didnt eat there but the food looked good as well. The property was a good size and two bedrooms with two bathrooms is ideal. The layout and furniture was good.
: Although it werent major issues some small details need attention. Some of the lighting didnt work or flickered so we kept them turned off. The key to the main door from the street was very very difficult to use and needs replacing. There were only 3 cups, loads of shot-glasses but only 3 cups! Generally ok though, Im being picky...

: Location of the place is very ideal. It's very central and near tram/metro, and santa justa lift. The apartment is spacious and clean. Apartment looks good, has comfortable beds, and is exactly like in the pictures.
: The main entrance door is difficult to open (we only had to rely on luck if it will take us a few minutes or more than 10minutes). The pickup location of the key is not near the rental property. Would have been better if someone will meet you at the rental property instead. Since it is handled by a company, the customer support would take awhile to respond if you have questions/issues. Wifi wasn't that stable throughout our stay. There's no hook to hang towels in one of the bathrooms. The lighting in the shower area of the smaller bathroom is too dark. Some lights flicker from time to time. You can hear the footsteps and chairs/closing of cabinets of the people living upstairs, or as they walk on the stairs, especially at night. So if you're a light sleeper, it would be difficult.

: The apartament is well equipped, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lot of space, free wifi. Excellent location in the heart of the city, close to shopping and all main tourist attractions.
: There were two different addresses listed on Booking where to collect the keys. Al lot of private data including the photocopies of IDs was collected upon check-in. The reception is quite far (a couple of underground stops) from the apartament itself.

: The location was quite good and the facilities of the apartment too.
: We had to pick the keys in an office quite far away from the apartment. They told us that everything was OK and that they were gonna freeze an amount of money in the credit card as deposit. Then, when we arrived at the apartment, it was dirty. They hadnt done the cleaning yet. I had to call them many times until someone took the complaint. It was a very unplesant surprise, specially considering the money we paid and the deposit. They managed to send the cleaning staff to clean the apartment, luckily. They told us they were going to compensate that, but they never did. Very unprofressional.
