  : Besides the location, nothing else about this property is good.
  : they had mouldy pillows, everything on the apartment was broken, shower head, floors, doors, dishwasher. Literally everything.

  : Unfortunately we didnt check the reviews until we arrived. As many of them stated the only window is looking over a really small and crowded courtyard with 5 dogs at this time. They are nice dogs, but they smell and bark quite often. The room gets very hot even in 25C outdoor temps and you cant really cool it down. Also we had neighbours who did parties/pub crawls 3 nights in a row, you can hear everything from the corridor.
  : I dont think this apartment is really appropriate for any kind of holidays. The location is good, but the rest is just making it a nightmare, especially at this price point. I cant add anything to make it better.

  : I was shocked / horrified by the circumstances next door in the courtyard. As many people have complained (see all other reviews concerning this accommodation), there were dogs being abused next door and after calling the accommodation, one of the persons even pretended he did not know anything about the horrific happenings next door, and told us that he did not know there were dogs in the courtyard screaming every night and day, while the whole Booking page is filled with negative reviews. Unfortunately I did not see the reviews about the horrific happenings etc. I highly advice you to not rent this place for any holiday. Horrible experience. I never experienced this in my life. Dont go there, cancel your booking here and I hope Booking ends the collaboration with this terrible place.

  : Nothing, did not look as advertised in the slightest
  : Im not entirely sure where to start with the review of this property, but to simply say that it was so bad we checked out the day after arrival and booked somewhere else.On arrival, which was around 8pm, we had to meet the agent at the property, after calling to give the company a fair warning of our arrival, we still had to wait 20 minutes the dark alley with all of our luggage.When the agent did arrive, he was unfriendly and unwelcoming.The room we booked looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised. In fact, the room was a loft room, but was on the first floor, no where near the actual loft . All homely touches had been removed prior to our visit, clearly for staged photos, including the nice pillows, which were replaced with a single cheap, awful one, that provided zero support whatsoever. Leading to easily the worst nights sleep Ive ever had in an apartment.The smell of foist was unbearable, which would have been easily resolved if there was any type of ventilation, but there wasnt, and the window couldnt even be opened due to opening on to a street.The room was dirty, there were hairs inside the bed, which meant we had to sleep on top. There was mould, dirt, scuffs all over the walls and any appliances and furnishing were worn, rusty or damaged.The room does state no aircon, however there wasnt even a fan provided in the room and considering this was peak summer, it was unacceptable and made the room even more unbearable than the already horrific conditions.After getting in touch with the team to complain about the problems we were having, they were unhelpful, promised to get back in touch, yet never did, after multiple attempts to call them, we decided enough was enough.We booked another hotel, moved there and had a much better experience, this apartment was so bad it had the potential to completely ruin our week in Lisbon. To clarify, I have stayed in nicer hostels that cost less than 10 per night.

  : my room had a frosted window. I was advised not to open it. when I did, it opened onto a dirty yard and 8 dogs could access my room. they barked and whined nonstop, no sleep. staff dont pick up the phone.

  : Although the neighborhood itself was pretty dingy, it was pretty close to nicer neighborhoods.
  : Almost everything. They never answered even one of my questions or messages. They didn't meet us at check in. I had to get help from a bar nearby to contact them or else we never would have been able to enter. Sink was broken, shower room leaked, noise from dogs barking many nights all through the night. Made the apartment look much bigger with very wide angle lenses. Walls were very thin.
