  : Hotel staff were very gracious and helpful, bathroom very spacious, our early checkin request was honored, nice breakfast spread at reasonable added price, location convenient for our stay but plan footwear accordingly, as streets outside are steep, cobbled and difficult to navigate except on foot (no hotel parking lot, a commercial carpark is not too far away, however access to the hotel by car or taxi is quite challenging)
  : I wish I had understood that despite the name, there were not many rooms with an actual view, and if I'd know this when booking I would have specified a request for room with view (I booked well in advance of our stay). So our room felt rather claustrophobic as it was facing another building across the alley. Also did not know there was no elevator, and we were on the highest floor with heavy luggage that we had to cart up and down the stairs, so I would have asked for a lower floor as well if I'd known this. Was told that booking thru 3rd party site was the problem. Also one staff person spoke very good English while another one did not, so it was hard to communicate at times.

  : The location is great - a quiet street in the heart of the city. The staff were very helpful, and our room was surprisingly spacious with a city view. The breakfast was simple but tasty, with plenty of fruit, breads and cold cuts. Overall a very pleasant stay, and great value.

  : Room wasnt too soundproof. Some outside noise late at night and a bit from room above us. Hotel is a bit of a way to transportation, although we were likely walking everywhere anyway
