  : I know it's a temporary issue, but there is a construction next to the building, so it's hard to sleep after 8am.

  : The location was great, the host met us and gave us tips about the area
  : There were baby cockroaches in the toilet,the drains stank badly,the bed was very firm and there was no air conditioning or fan. There was no mention of the building site next door until they started banging at 8am

  : The owner is very kind and helpful. It was spacious. Close to the city enter and subway.
  : The apartment has an intense damp smell that was even worse because of the rainy weather during our stay on January. The entrance of the apartment was narrow and dirty and the stairway was really steep.

  : The place was immaculately clean. its spacious than appeared in the pics. The manager was very responsive and was able to reach him easily via text. The place was easily reachable by walking and we walked pretty much every where or Rossio station is just a few minutes away. The kitchen looked adequate but we didnt cook anything other than making coffee. The host also was nice enough to stay a little past our check out time till our leaving time.
  : Unfortunately, there is a really bad smell that comes from the bathroom plumbing system. We tried opening the bathroom door, turning on the exhaust etc but realized nothing could be done easily as the smell is even outside the property and comes through the back windows. We stayed here for 4 nights, the smell was omnipresent. The other thing is there was no pods for the coffee machine etc and the host told us what brand to get. We tried shopping for the pods but we couldnt find any. I think looking for a specific item in a new store didnt help either. So we just got some instant coffee powder and used with hot water. I would ask you all to come with some instant coffee sachets to save time.

  : Great amenities with a helpful and responsive host. Comfy bed and good kitchen/lounge.
  : Apartment is up a big staircase. The bad smell in the bathroom is incredibly strong but unfortunately can not be fixed.
