  : Position was good, near the tram and bus stations, and really close to Blem (a famous tourist site of Lisbon, full of interesting points, facilities and the dock).
  : The rooms were really small, not really suited to the needs of a couple. In addition, to increase the sense of claustrophobia, there are windows of rather small size. Overall, the apartment is new and clean, but in the bathroom one can already see the first signs of poor maintenance (flooded sink drain, not well secured toilet board, etc.). Small things, but they make a difference in comfort. Another very uncomfortable thing, especially if you are more than 2 and independent, is the fact that you can have only one set of keys.

  : Location. Facilities that allow a long stay. Comfortable beds. Modern/refurbished interior. House is reasonably fresh during the summer (there's no AC).
  : Picking up the keys in a totally different and DISTANT location. It makes no sense. The wifi is shared with the next house (router is in the other house) and it doesn't cover all the divisions. No amenities whatsoever (soap, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, cleaning towels, etc.), which make a short/middle term stay more troublesome. At night there are a lot of cockroaches in the street, and they enter trough under the door and open windows. We had to close everything at night, and use a towel to fill the door crack. No air conditioning.

  : The location is very good, close to shops, several restaurants and cafes. Good district.
  : It was very cold in the apartment, there was a heater, but it worked on gas, and it was unsafe to use it all the time. Everything was wet because of the humidity, it was really uncomfortable to be there.

  : Noisy place, you can hear everything what is going on in the street, to get the keys you need to go to different place or coordinate with the staff how to pick up.Not cozy, quite old furniture. Bad water pressure in the shower.in general would not recommend

  : The location is very good. You see a lot of attractions close to the house. There is also a good connection to the city center with bus or tram.
  : The process of picking up the keys is not easiest. You have to fill a form, and then contact the company and schedule a moment to pick up the keys.One of the rooms opens its windows to the street, unfortunately you can hear everything happening outside. The house is a bit small, four adults would be too much.
