  : We accidentally left a mobile in the apartment after checking out and the staff quickly and efficiently helped us to get the mobile back, thank you!
  : The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. Air condition was in the living room only, not in the bedroom - it was too hot to sleep. The shower curtain was dirty.

  : The "astral" (atmosphere).
  : The owner should inform that to reach up the 3rd floor where the apartment is located, you must be in shape carrying only backpack. The stairs are really a level 6 hiking. Also the owner should inform that you cannot use the heater at the same time you use the electric kettle, or the heater and the lamp at the living room; yes, we did that, and suddenly we found ourselves in total darkness and...Pow!, bumped my head on the ceilling (no pain no gain). Saved by the torch built in my cellphone I could find the electric board and turned on the ISS. When I finally get return from the owner, the explanation was: - That's because its an old apartment; in old apartments the lights goes out if you turn on 02 or 03 kind of electric devices at the same time. -Really?!, are you kidding me? (I didn't say that but it would be very appropriate). Dear owner, Its easy and its not expensive, Hire a skilled electrician and ask him to separate some circuits and install new ISS. And please, take out that medieval bathtub and change it for a comfortable shower box. That bathroom deserves, its so spacious...

  : Major heatwave so despite ac it was very very warm. But thats obviously out of the control of the owner!

  : Alfama is a very touristy part of the city, so we had easy access to many good restaurants. The kitchen was adequately stocked and it's a quiet location, despite being in the old city.
  : This place is totally inaccessible. Expect many, many narrow, steep stairs both in the building and neighborhood. Requires a degree of fitness.
