  : the apartment is spacious and well located
  : the light from the kitchen hood was not working so the room was pretty dark in general, the kitchen was not fully functional the shower is rather small

  : Lovely view of the river, close to the Apolnia Train station, and a couple of good restaurants and a Mercado within a five minute walk.
  : There is no mention of the two, very steep narrow flights of stairs to get up to the apartment. It's ok if you're young and traveling with a backpack, but if you have luggage, it's a struggle to haul a suitcase up.

  : The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped.The livingroom is very comfortable and big.Location was good not far from the center and very close to Tapas 129 a little restaurant with amazing food and good vibes. The check in and check out were also excellent.
  : I definitely recomend this place.I would suggest to leave at least some hands soap for the guests, so at least you can wash your hands upon arrival.I would also suggest to change some of the kitchen pans.

  : - The size of the apartment was good. - The kitchen is well equipped and can be used if you plan to cook in Lisbon. - The lady at the check-in was very nice and friendly, there was a power outage later at the apartment and we contacted her and she responded very kindly.
  : -The apartment is very very cold. Don't trust the weather when it shows it's 16 degrees in Lisbon. The apartment was freezing. We contacted GT guest house (the company that manages this apartment) for another heater as there was a very small oil heater in the apartment that hardly worked and they responded by saying that they will check with the landlord and 'verify' if the heater is working or not and if it's possible to provide another heater. We were frankly shocked as we mentioned that it was impossible to sleep in this cold. Ultimately, after a couple of days, they responded saying sorry they cannot provide another heater. We survived in the cold, layered up in the house during the entire period. -The shower and the toilet- the shower is small and there is no way to adjust the water to a lukewarm level. Either you burn yourself with boiling water or freeze with supercold water. - The bed and the pillows are very uncomfortable. There is no sunlight in the bedroom which makes it colder than the rest of the house. - The location- the apartment is no way near the centre. Is approximately 40 minutes walk to the centre and the area in which the apartment is situated has nothing to do. -If you are visiting with elderly people, the staircases that lead up to the apartment are very steep.

  : Great value for money. Splendid 90 Degree river view. Spacious. Beautiful 30 min walk to the center via monument routes. Away from the tourist mass and really made us feel like locals.
  : Very old facilities like the retro 1992 washing machine. Loud bathroom cracking door. Unfortunately a Dirty sofa and carpet in the leaving room. iIt doesnt cost much to change them. Noisy neighbours (high tv volumes).

  : The WiFi was great :) The bad is comfortable and clean sheets. This is a big apartment (even to big for 1 person) There is a super market and 2 or more good restaurants - especially the TAPS 129 and the beginning of the street. It's a quiet place.
  : Fist of all the stairs - OMG - this is a danger zone - 2 stair cases to pass till the apartment. The stars are higher than there dip - its like a ladder not stairs, only one side bar to hold The location is not bad at all. it is close to both ends of the city However - it is far from anything in you want to walk... The shower is small (I know I'm a more than average guy, but I was in 1 trip or a 100... :) - this one is small) Also - if you leave the water running there are 3 or 4 angles inside the shower - that the water will get out - I found my self scooping & absorbing water from the shower, hall and even the kitchen and dining area due to this issue. The was no soap or shampoo, only 2 towels for the whole week (and I asked for more upon arrival, they said no. Only one capsule for the dishwasher - so you have 3 options - wash manually every time, buy a package or let the sink get full and "smell" and do it mid q end of the week... The stove wasn't clean. There is no AC in all the place - and not even ventilator / fan...(To my good fortune - the whether was perfect even rained one night so I got lucky but I don't know what would you doo in the hot days ? there are no shutters in the bedroom or the hall, so also - 2 options - leave it open and hope for good or close is and have no air. the sofa is old, uncovered (other people probably slept on it or god know what else) The refrigerator is old, more than few of the shelves are broken some did not even open because they are broken...
