  : Staff accused me that there was staying 3 people which was not true. Also there was no soap and nothing to clean dishes with.

  : Location is perfect, apartment is beautiful and cozy, view from the balcony is very nice - to mountains and a river. Small supermarket and local tavern is few steps away, in general we have enjoyed our stay, but the owner spoiled our last check out day.
  : 1. The first and the most upsetting fact - check out time as per our booking was indicated from 10 am to 12, we have estimated time to leave around 11 am, starting from 10 am the owner was knocking to the door, asking us to leave, she came 3 times!!!, while we were packing our stuff and continued insisting us to leave, terrible attitude, did not want to admit her own set rules for check out, saying I have upcoming guests. So expect not to be respected guests at the day of check out. 2. No hair dryer at the property, when we asked owner to arrange it, she just said sorry I don`t have any. No even willingness from the owner side to help, such a simple thing as a hair dryer was a problem for the owner, but don`t forget the property is in the village, there is no shops for electrical goods. 3. Very tiny shower, small even for the ladies. 4. No frying pans available at the kitchen, pots only. 5. Expect, that after your review on booking.com, the owner might contact you directly (as it happened with me through Viber) and will be very rude in her expressions, even using swearing, unappropriated behavior from the owner side, instead of improving the situation she made it even worse.
