  : Free upgrade to bigger room, friendly staff
  : Only one towel provided, we found this was wet and dirty. Taken this down to reception and were initially told that they had no others, some were then found thankfully. Rooms could be cleaner, pin and hair clips found in carpet when we arrived. Beds uncomfortable, mattress needs replacing

  : The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, check out was quick and easy. The chips at supper were good. Self service breakfast was pletiful. The room was a good size and nice and quiet but it was a Tuesday night so not too busy.
  : My room smelt of old feet, opening the window didnt really help as there was a drain smell. There was a lot of hair in the bath and Im not entirely sure that the floor in the bedroom had been cleaned. My supper was disappointing, the salad was brown on the stems indicating that it had been cut a while. The chicken was hard and dried out, the bacon over the top of it was like a board and the cheese melt was as tough as old leather, I arrived late and ate immediately around 8.00pm I suspect the meal was cooked earlier so my advice would be to be there for supper as soon as they start service. Be aware there appear to be no staff on site after 10.00pm.
