  : PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY, IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE & SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE RENTED OUT AS HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION AS THERE ARE MAJOR HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES WITH IT! My Husband and I were booked for a 7 night stay in Mid August '23 and we only stayed 30 minutes until we found alternative arrangements. I contacted the host to say the flat was unsatisfactory and therefore we would not be staying and her reply was "oh dear, I'm sorry to hear that . Unfortunately, we still have to charge you as we cannot recover the cost from another booking at this late stage" A host that cared, would have replied 'how can I help?" But the concern in informing us we won't be refunded, was obvious! I complained to Booking .com and included REAL photos that I took, i.e. not the ones online that were taken well over 7 years ago! Booking.com were unable to contact the host, during that week.The main issues were:- the internal flat door, has at some point, been broken into. You can see where a screwdriver has been forced into door frame and the chain lock is bowed, the bathroom smelt, the sitting room chairs are all broken and tatty, the kitchen is grubby, there are damp patches on the bedroom and lounge walls and there are trailing cables in each room. The 2 single beds are just a mattress on the floor.Needless to say, it has made me wary of fake photos, fake reviews and hosts/ booking agencies that are not concerned if you have a nice, safe, relaxing holiday....they only want your money!

  : The hot water/pressure was an issue, but a known issue and I had a run in with a resident for using the shared laundry (frustrating more than anything but was able to smooth it out).

  : instructions were excellent which made getting to and into the property easy
  : lacking in some utensils eg grater, and there was no tumblers for cold drinks. and one pan was burnt so inorder to use tried to scrub but other that that was good

  : Uncomfortable living room couch; very low hot water pressure; useless shower weak power; very noisy throughout night -heard every passing car; also building work going on in day at two adjoining apartments; bad experience in general

  : The location was good for our trip. An Instruction manual was provided. There was a fridge freezer which was a good size and useful. There were spaces for parking.
  : The water pressure was very low which affected the ability to get hot water when washing up and when using the basin in the shower room. There was a lot of traffic noise at night.
