  : The hot tub was a bonus, and the location was great, very quaint. WiFi was really good. Very spacious with plenty of room in every room, clothes rail was useful, would have been more homely having wardrobes to match the chest of draws.
  : The TV wasn't working in the lounge very well (luckily we took our tablet for tv), the master bed was low and very soft to sleep on (personal preference for a medium/firm mattress) once we had been shopping and put food in the cupboards we had noticed a few ants floating around the kitchen tops before realising they were in the cupboard, if we had left it any longer who knows how many more ants would of arrived.

  : Its location, quietness, ans despite being a fairly large property, its privacy.
  : The communal dining kitchen was fine as a principle, but the contents of the cupboards were random and not as clean as wed have liked.

  : The property was large and clean. It is self catering and has all the basics supplied. Set in an ideallic setting with a pond outside full of ducklings. There is a hot tub available but we did not use this during our stay. The owners knew it was my partners birthday and a bottle of wine and flowers were left which was such a lovely touch.
  : The decor was basic, a few old pictures could be replaced with some modern pictures to add pops of colour. Pointless shelves in lounge. We stayed in Willow

  : We like the room and area was very nice. Was only 20 min drive to hemsby beach.
  : The smell from kitchen it wasnt nice and drifting into hallway and rooms. It is a communal kitchen and may not be owner fault but the smell was overwhelming!

  : Location, views layout of the rooms & facilities & parking. On the surface all looked well. Not far from the coast & Norwich
  : Think we were in Room 2. My other half always takes her own pillows! The bed springs have gone as someone else has also commented. would have given a score of 9, but leaving on the last morning of a 2 night stay 1st May BH weekend. We were shocked to see the state of the pillows. My partner removed the covers to find stains the size of countries on a map. Looked like the pillow or pillows hadn't been changed or washed since lockdown days!!! You wouldn't have your dog sleep on it let alone a guest! She also pointed this out to the person cleaning the rooms, he didn't know what to say. He advised he will let the owners know. Shame what could have been a very pleasant all -round experience ended up being a SHOCK. Sorry totally un- acceptable! I have taken a picture of one of the pillows in concern, if you like me to forward to your email address, please let me know. I would have liked to added as a property photo. We are long standing customers of Booking.com, going back 20 years, making bookings & leaving honest reviews majority all positive, which are mainly followed & booked by American & Canadian Holiday makers .
