  : I was upgraded from a single to a double bedroom which was a good surprise. The bedroom was cosy and clean, with everything I needed. The house is also very charming with period features and it was really easy to check-in.
  : The walls are a bit thin so you can hear the other guests, but I was lucky they were relatively quiet. The bathroom was tiny, which is unavoidable in an ensuite of that size, but could have been designed better: the mirror above the sink was too low to see one's face without bending over (I am 1.65m), the tap couldn't be turned fully as the mirror was in the way and the shower could do with a curtain or door to avoir water spilling out everywhere. The check-out at 10am is also a bit early.

  : This is an excellent place to stay in Lincoln within walking distance of all that the city has to offer. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable with en suit facilities. The only down side is that South Park GH no longer provide breakfasts but I appreciate this might be a hassle, extra cost for them, and perhaps more awkward since Covid. However, they will kindly let you use the fridge and microwave in the dining room, plus the B&B is situated near Lincoln High St where there are shops such as the Co-Op and a range of eateries to chose from, so this need not cause any problem.

  : Exceptional service and hosting from the hosts, the room was a bargain for its price and it was a good location. The only small nit pick I could even say was maybe the bed could be a little bit more comfy but thats a very minor bit pick! Great value for money would recommend
