  : Great location, fenced yard, good layout.
  : It was dirty, cooking utensils, pots & pans need to be replaced, I had to go to the store & buy a spatula. There is old food in the cupboard & open liquor on the buffet table. There is no heat downstairs with 2 of the bedrooms, it was really cold. This house needs to be gone through, cleaned & furnished for guests.
