  : This is a great little escape from reality, Our family had such a great time, we stayed 5 days and loved the beach access, the cool air, and the sound of the crashing waves, interior of home could use a few update and maybe a few more amenities such as more tp and trash bags and possibly coffee filters. Other than that we had a blast. thank you Lee Side.
  : Some more amenities and a few upgrades to the furniture would class it up a bit, a new sofa and a new kitchen table, defiantly needs some board game, i bought a deck of cards and left them there.

  : Quite location but very close to main attractions (walking distance to chinook wind) small yet spacious house with a pretty view and nice deck. Kids all had fun and it also had a nice little yard for the kids to run in. We would definitely stay again! I only didn’t give it a ten because the furniture was outdated a bit and not as comfortable and then the lack of TVs there was only one in the living room so In the down time of the trip it was a battle for who got to watch or play lol. Not a huge deal though. Overall we had a really great week.

  : That we had to leave early. Thru no fault of yours. (Car trouble) For me personally I thought my bed was too soft.

  : House was very nice. View was good. Clean house. Instructions posted how to use everything,and owners expectations of guest very clear. Kitchen was stocked with cooking items for us. A large family would need to bring own pots and things to cook with. Hot water for showering was extremely over hot. Couldn’t adjust. Called property management and it was fix in just a very short time same day. All staff I had contact was excellent. Have to take time to punch code to get key. It is a little particular how you punch in. Tv , fireplace was nice to use. Location and very easy to find house. Yard and landscaping kept up nice. Carpet very nice to walk on barefooted. 99 percent satisfied and totally 100 percent satisfied after issue fixed. Perfect bday weekend away from home. Thank you
  : Too hot water for shower was fixed on a timely mannerA few nicks on cabinets and dishwasher Just wear and tear of having a rental Need a broom and dust pan in kitchen somewhere to sweep floor Not handicap accessible property if one would need this. Lots of stairs

  : It was extremely frustrating because almost 3 weeks ago we tried to cancel our stay due to us encountering an emergency. We were told sorry we can't accommodate you. The day we come over I get a call that the fridge broke, and they tell us that oops sorry we will get you a mini fridge and will have one delivered during your stay I'd that's what you'd like. So we said that would be fine to have it delivered. They said ok we will be in touch with you......Nothing we didn't hear from them. We get to the property.....the mini fridge wasn't cold at all. So we had to turn it on to get our stuff cold. Then we tried to log on to the internet, nothing. The modem wasn't showing up on any of devices. So I called the office to find out what to do, the lady I spoke with said well I need to call the people who own the house so they can pay the internet bill. And she was going to have IT call me. He did call and said that Spectrum was doing work in our area and wiped all the info clean and he walked us through to get it up and running. The downstairs 1/2 bathroom........where do I start? The shower handle was either BLISTERING HOT or FREEZING water. As a matter of fact, the water was so hot, that it burned me.There was no in-between. It was VERY extreme. The downstairs smelled very musty. To the point we opened all the windows and doors to air it out. One more thing and it's not a complaint......but more of a suggestion. The flue on the fireplace, (for people who don't know how to use a wood stove) there should be some kind of identification on wether or not the flue is actually open or not.

  : The place was very nice, and quiet, no issues whatsoever. Kitchen and living room where on top floor! Which made it unique and spacious with an outdoor area to sit and enjoy the sun! Loved it!
  : One of the showers had a very loose knob which made it hard to adjust the water for showering either too hot or was too cold. This was the only issue.

  : Price point is perfect. And location was perfect. The host called to check on us. That was super nice. The kitchen had all of the utensils that we needed.
  : The house smells moldy. Cabinet is broken. Fridge has a broken piece hanging inside. The house is really just falling apart. We stayed here a year ago, and with the rate it's going downhill, we might not try again next year.

  : Location is absolutely wonderful! Its about a 3 minute walk to the beach.
  : Their deck was under construction therefore, both upstairs doors led to nowhere. Fortunately our kids knew to stay away from the doors, but it could be dangerous for smaller children. I realize that cleanliness is up to housekeeping staff. The owners have very specific notes for cleaning staff. Which leads me to believe that they have high expectations for the cleaning crew.I found some towels that were left in the dryer, they were stiff and smelly (like they had just been thrown in the dryer without being washed), and the bedding on one of their beds had multiple stains. The towel situation made me feeI like they just hadn't washed. This was why I gave the home a good over excellent score on cleanliness. Over all this is a great getaway home and I would recommend it.
