  : Charming house and neighborhood. Great fenced patio for the doggos. Well stocked kitchen and tasteful beachy decor was spot on. Beds were comfortable and the linens & towels were nice quality. We would definitely stay here again.
  : No real ocean view was only downside (which we really didnt miss). However the surf could be heard from the patio and an open window.

  : Large kitchen, large screen TV with many stations, dog friendly, interesting neighborhood with the community park.
  : Mixup in our reservation. We changed the original date of our reservation from March 17-21 to March 18-22. We received a confirmation of this change. BUT the evening before we left, we learned that Booking.Com had not forwarded our reservation change to VASCA and they had rented the house starting on the afternoon of March 21. We talked to the VASCA supervisor who explained this. So we had to leave by 10:00 AM on the 21st. It is Spring Break and we had to find a motel for the night on March 21 and could not check in until 4:00 PM. We had a lot of perishable food. This really messed up our plans. Also the stairs were very steep and there was no easy access or view of the beach without a long series of stairs down and then back up.

  : The house and yard were very nice. Parking was good. Houses on both sides were being rented too. Nice people. The neighborhood park was a nice feature. Beautiful beach, we would use the stairs down then walk down the beach to the public entrance and walk back at a more gradudual incline. Would rent Dog Paddle again.
  : We were attending a family reunion and I did not like the rule about not being able to have anyone over. The ability to use the pool was unclear. Curious: why can't you move the bird?

  : the couch in the pictures of the house was not the same couch we had when we arrived. not very comfortable. would have loved to see the couch advertised when we walked in.

  : Being pet friendly was the biggest attraction and the location fabulous. Felt like we'd been transformed to Cape Cod! House is cozy, fully stocked, well decorated and welcoming! Neighborhood was quaint, quiet and welcoming. Beach access is near by however be prepared to desend a lot of stairs to access it!
  : There wasn't enough TP for 4 women for 4 days and 3 nights.
