  : Clean and comfortable room, layout of the room was very different. The room had an bedroom that look to had some kind of water damage and it was fixed all but painting the fix to the rest of room color.

  : I really can't say that I liked anything about that hotel.
  : Right from the start when I went to the front desk to check in that's where the problems started. The receptionist said I need the card that you made the reservation with. I said I don't think I have that with me but I'll go out to my car and check. I came back to the front desk and told her that I didn't have it with me. I produced my license at that time. She said that that wouldn't do and she wanted the card. She just stood there staring at me not saying anything. The other receptionist said come over here and I'll help you get checked in. We got to the room and it was dirty there was hair all over the bathroom floor. There were drunks yelling all during the night. They didn't stop till 3:30 a.m. That smart aleck receptionist sent me an email and told me that they had a marvelous beach view. I sent them a text earlier asking if I could get into another room with a beach view.. But they sent me that cryptic comment. The whole trip was nothing but a disaster and I would never go back there. The receptionist that I first dealt with is one of the biggest problems that that facility has. I think if they want to keep customers coming back they should take a lot more care with how they relate to the public.

  : The rooms are good size for the price. The bed was good enough I slept with out disturbance.
  : No air conditioning, heater is a faux fireplace which would have been nice to have seen working but remote did not work so could not start it.Reception is at another building down the road.Every room is accessed from a staircase and balcony from the carpark, Only a few rooms look over the beach directly. Most are glimpses.
