  : Great view from pool to the mountains. And also very close to Limone sul Garda center. Brealfast buffet very rich. One evening we tried the dinner buffet - starters and desserts amazing, main dishes more German kitchen orientated. Staff very friendly.

  : The staff were great and the facilities even better. The buffet/food was excellent.
  : At certain times of the year i.e. April they refuse to turn on the room A/C or heat. It was so hot in our room we had the balcony doors wide open to cool the room. It was a very difficult nights sleep.

  : The view is stunning -- it is absolutely the #1 thing about this place. Also, they have an indoor and outdoor pool, and the outdoor pool is quite exceptional, as well.
  : The staff. I'm an easy guy to please, I don't need a lot, but the staff was the rudest staff we encountered on our entire trip. The two women working up front, specifically, were as rude and impatient as it gets. You can tell they were annoyed that we were Americans staying with all of the German and Italian vacationers, and when I asked about having air in the room the women at the front desk looked at me like I was insane. We came in on an unusually WARM week in April -- the first two days we were there it was 80 degrees F, and it finally dropped the last day down to 55 degrees, which is the normal around then. Anyway, it was blistering hot in my room, and I asked how I turn the heat off and turn on A/C and she scoffed at me, looked at me like I was a lunatic, and said "no air until June 1st. This is cold for us. We are not warm." And then she walked away. The hotel absolutely says it has A/C, so we would have NOT stayed there if we weren't able to have A/C - we get warm, and it was hot out. Also, if you opened the large sliding glass door to the balcony you would get a cool breeze in, BUT there are two problems there: 1). Everyone smokes in Italy, so all of the cigarette smoke came into our room, and they play live music most nights and twice the music went past 11pm. Therefore, you can either be hot, or have cigarette smoke and loud music in your room all night.I think the hotel AND booking.com need to NOT publicize this as a hotel with A/C, because it only has A/C in the summer time. We stayed all over Italy -- hotels, AirBnBs, Agriturismos -- and this was the only place that didn't have A/C.I would not stay here again for how rude the staff was our entire stay.Oh, I almost forgot...it started off rocky, immediately, because when you pull up both parking lots require a passcode to gain access.

  : We were charged extra for the kid. Booking reservation was stating one price and at the reception they asked to pay for the 5 year old kid. We were shown the hotel policy, but its written upon request for the extra bed. However, we havent asked for it.
