  : We haves stayed with Castletroy Park Hotel in the previous year and just live how ideal the location is alongside the very accommodating staff members

  : Breakfast was excellent, fast, and delicious!
  : Unfortunately the rooms were not cleaned once (not even a quick run through to empty garbages, collect soiled towels, etc.). We left our garbage outside of our door one night and it was not collected for over an entire day. We had to call regularly for anything (clean towels, replacing garbage, toilet paper, etc.). The bathrooms were not cleaned well when we first checked in and there were bits of mould. Aside from this, all of the staff were lovely, the food was delicious, atmosphere great and room sizes quite large. I think this is a very easy fix, but made quite a damper on our stay.

  : The staff were exceptional. We were there during Christmas and though the city was closed there were activities happening during the day which kept us engaged. The room was well equipped and the team extended full courtesy even during holiday times.

  : Leisure center and swimming pool been closed, got 9 emails within four days about a king size bed, four promotion spring emails but no emails about the closure. 11 checkout, opening swimming pool at 10.30. Breakfast room floor was covered with nuts and paper dirt, not vacuum cleaned. 8.30 started breakfast, clearly food was not hot enough, scrambled eggs cold and pancakes cold. Brasserie food fries been cold, staff couldn't take tip on the card, asked twice for a good tip offer on the card, card was charged only with the costs of the food, staff seemed overworked. Espresso came to late, not with coffee. At night doors been banging loud, suite window view awful.
