  : The location is perfect, 2 minutes from the beach. The balcony view is impressive, beautiful sea view. The wi-fi signal was great.

  : First of all, we liked Sophia, the landlady and hostess, very much. She is a lovely person, very friendly, kind and helpful, and made us feel at home. The accommodation was suitable (and pet friendly, as we were accompanied by our 8-year-old french bulldog), in a lovely tiny room with a pretty well-endowed kitchenette, a small bathroom, and with a beautiful sea view balcony. Parking is free. The cleanliness was good. We liked very much the location, very close to the beach...one can actually hear the waves hitting against the shore. We enjoyed our 10-day stay at Ermioni and kindly recommend this location! Thank you Sophia!
  : The bathroom was ok, although tiny, but the fact that the shower had no bathtub was pretty annoying. The water spreading all over the place is something we were very hard to get used to. The floor drain in the middle of the bathroom, although it collected the water pretty well, was not installed most accurately between the tiles and a significant amount of water remained on the floor right in front of the toilet and of the sink. Sophia was very kind and gave us a mop and bucket to wipe the floor after taking a shower.
