  : We had a large family room, with 1 double bed in the first room , and then in a connected room 2 more double beds. Very comfortable.
  : We would have liked a kettle for tea and coffee making

  : Small room, small duvets and uncomfortable pillows. Easy to fix. Cleaning could be better. However, breakfast was great. It surprised us. Its a practical hotel at a practical location.

  : This was our on-the-fly pick for a short stop during our late night trip from Frankfurt to Kln, and it turned out to be pretty decent. Right by the highway, easy to find. Breakfast was excellent.

  : Breakfast was good. Staff was kind.
  : We traveled with a group of friends. One of our friends was given a room that already belonged to another person, complete stranger. He arrived at the hotel past midnight, called hotel admin was told that he would be refunded. There was no arrangements to provide him with a room at Elan or somewhere else whatsoever.

  : 1-they close lobby everywhere in hotel after 10:30 am, then you can stay only outside or at your room. 2- they wrongly organized our friends room and it was very dangerous because, when he/she was arrived hotel and went to her/his room, somebody was staying at the same room, they dont have anybody in the lobby/reception so you can not change anything, imagine her/she need to find a somewhere to sleep, after midnight !!!!!!!!!!!!! it was completely unacceptable situation. The day after we could sleep at the our room, also they said that, dont have authorization to refund money etc, we need to send email bla bla .. We will be never staying Elan hotel. 3-berakfast is very weak.
