  : the location is perfect. ...once the car is parked. unfortunately the area is a war field where it is impossible to circulate. nothing to do with the appart. beds were comfy. just what we needed for this trip after concert. Thanks for a couple coffee capsules we used in the morning. went out for breakfast anyway.
  : Fix the shower rail !!! clean shower curtain (with chlorine). towels were clean but not fresh smell. place a scent in the appart. place a small hotel rom like soap by the kitchen sink. wash hands when we get in. kitchen drawers horribly dirty. flatware not clean. clean handles and drawers in kitchen, not appealing. put a cover/couvrelit on the bed in living room. it serves as sofa, but we sit directly on linens. not nice. got your messages (3) reminding us not to make noise. but.... were awaken in the morning at 8 am but people working in the stairwell.... oh well. thanks anyway.

  : I wasnt a loud to check in until 15:30 which seem very late, they originally wanted 16:00. I even explained 2 weeks ago I had a train to check but they would change or give option of early check in for extra cost

  : Could not get access to property and phoned contact no which was an answerphone message to leave my number so I could be called back which I did but didn't get phoned back. Had to book alternative accommodation 4km outside centre. I can provide a booking com reference number if required. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND FOR THIS BOOKING

  : we arrived at the scheduled time, and made contact with Joanna. only to be told the key could be collected elsewhere not an ideal situation. Other then, no other issues

Keys had to be collected from another random hotel at a different location and the person at the hotel was unsure if he has given us the correct key Nothing working in the apartment, Toaster broken, Cooker not working, Very dirty, No hot water, Host was rude and said do not disturb him/her, Owner never answered the call, etc etc

  : - no toilet paper available, this was really a pity - also no description of which apartment it is inside the building

  : Finding alternative accommodation.
  : Everything. I booked this apartment for my Dad, his friend and his friends children for 2x nights. On arrival in Lille, the host told my father that they could not check in until 19:30pm, as he was "out". The host then pushed back check-in a further 2x times (21:30pm and midnight). The host told my father that he could only stay if he cancelled the booking through booking.com and paid him directly and on top of that, despite booking for 4x people, he insisted that only 3 of them could stay the first night and only 2 could stay the second night as the host and a friend were also staying at the apartment. My father, his friend and his friend's children had to sleep in a van in a car park on the first night and find alternative accommodation for the second night at their own cost, which was extremely expensive. The guests could not be re-located by booking.com as the host lied and said they had checked-in. When my father pushed back and explained the vulnerable position they were in with the children, the host called my Dad "stupid" and a "terrorist". Screenshots attached to ensure the host cannot discredit my review and continue lying. I would not advise anyone booking this apartment under any circumstances.
