  : Our room was very basic with very little storage for clothes. The bathroom was very small and the shower in particular was poor. It was exceedingly small, the shower height adjustment did not work and the shower doors did not seal fully consequently water leaked on to the floor. The heater/radiator did not work The beds were comfortable but the whole room was badly in need of re-furbishment. The breakfast was good, plenty of variety and choice.
  : The parts of the hotel that I saw, reception, our room and the dining and bar area are all in need of re-furbishment.

  : Good location for city centre and was just a short walk from the Train Station. It was reasonably priced for the location. The staff were really helpful.
  : Hotel rooms are pretty tired and could do with an upgrade. The rooms are also pretty small but you expect that with a 3 star Ibis. The breakfast is limited to cold options and there was no hot options apart from boiling your own eggs.

  : Location wise, it was close to Flandres and Euro stations. Breakfast was ok.
  : The room was in dire need of an upgrade! The carpet was disgusting and flooring left a lot to be desired. There were also no drawers and not much of a wardrobe either! Also no power points at both beds, just one bed.

  : Disturbing noises in the middle of the night - sounded like water or heating? Colleagues in the other hotels ibis mentioned noise from pipes.
