  : We booked a room for 2adults and 2,5year old kid, but we had only 2 beds in the room. The stuff explained us that in that age they expecting the parents share the bed with baby

  : The location is really excellent, the breakfast is ok. The coffee was delicious, the staff is fair.
  : In our opinion it is not a 4stars hotel, but a nice accommodation. We missed hot meals at breakfast (scrambled eggs, etc.)

  : The hotel is very well positioned; its close to the beach and to the city center. You can easily move around the city by feet and leave the car in the hotel parking.
  : Staff is not really professional, welcoming and overall customer attention need improvements. Room was quite small and the bathroom was missing the bidet. Also, the room could use a better cleaning, for example the bedspread had some nasty stain on it. Air conditioning was really noisy and difficult to set. Breakfast was ok, they had decent variety, but we asked for chocolate and we got some hot milk with cocoa powder (like Nesquik).

  : Construction works across hotel building. It looks very ugly when you take a look from a terrace. Paying for water which was on a table is miserable thing, when it's not free it shouldn't be on table it should be in fridge. Very small parking. Breakfast was very monotone( repetitive ) for 4 stars hotel. The owner was at some moments ironic and arrogant.

  : The location of the hotel is not bad, fair 10-12 mins walking distance from the nearest beach.
  : Couple of things - deliver up to the promise! The was a move necessary after the first night in a temp room. We were told the luggages will be taken to the new room, it did not happen. - the booked room was not available at check in! All rooms were sold out and the receptionist tried to use a "last minute booking" excuse. How come? Last minute booking accompanied with last minute discounted price whereas our booking was made for full price! - the breakfast selection is very poor. 2 types of cold cuts, 2 types of cheese, some bread and rolls, boiled eggs, yogurt and croissants. That is it. Croissants ran out in every 10 mins due to small portions baked. - broken shower gel dispenser in room 208. Overall cleanness is just average which is disappointing from an Austrian owner. - the reception is closed between 1o p.m. and 7 a.m.! We needed to find out that the backdoor entrance is the option to get into the room after a late afternoon walk into our rooms. Noone mentioned this anywhere.

  : Clean hotel and comfortable room. Close to city center and beach (approximately 400m). Nice stuff.
  : I faced troubles with upfront payment through booking.com. I needed to perform 2nd payment during check off. The situation was finally resolved with support of hotel management and booking.com. The booking.com refunded 1st payment back to my account but I needed to wait 7 working days. There should be better synchronization between booking.com and hotel.
