  : The one thing really objectionable was the inflexibility of the reservation process. When we discovered, almost a month before our stay, that we would be 6 people instead of 7, we asked to change a 3-bed room to a two. Hotel Cipro couldn't be bothered. This was an unnecessary expense, and an irksome fact. The place itself was fine.

  : The location is great. The rooms are silent ajd clean, ther eis everything you need. Very close to the vaporetto station and to the beach.

  : Poor welcome and limited contact with hotel staff. Hotel seemed empty of staff majority of the time, brief interaction and appearance of staff after our breakfast when they needed something from us.

  : The location is excellent, just off the main road. The staff very attentive at breakfast and asked for 2 extra pillows which they provided. Only one thing was the elevator not in use, luckily our room was on the first floor so only one staircase. Very clean. Gate locked at night, felt very safe. Left luggage facility a bonus.

  : The staff were friendly. The bed is comfortable. Though the pillows are quite flat but you can ask for extra. There is no bar at the hotel but my friends and I bought a bottle of wine and drank it on the terrace and they didn't mind. The breakfast isn't massive. Yogert. Roll. Boiled egg. Croissant. Tea. Coffee. Some cheese and conserves. This was fine for me. I don't normally eat breakfast and don't need a cooked breakfast. The towels are old fashioned cotton towels. Like the French beach towels. Not fluffy. But I found this nostalgic. The staff were tremendously kind. It is an inexpensive hotel run by very kind people that look after me. I will stay there again. Location is excellent. 10 minutes walk from vaporetta station that takes you to Venice.
