  : We liked the photographs on Bookings.com and we thought it would be a great hotel.
  : We arrived after dark and had difficulty finding reception as there were multiple signs in different directions due to renovations. Once we had paid for our rooms we asked about the facilities and were told that they were unavailable due to renovations. The pool, spa, outdoor jacuzzi and sauna were facilities that made us choose this hotel but they were in the construction area and unavailable.They should not be able to advertise these luxury facilities when they are closed and unusable for visitors.The listing should be accurate. We felt cheated.

  : Cute wellness resort with a fantastic restaurant - one of the best dinners I had over the 3 weeks we spent touring Europe. Pool area is great for kids as well as the layout. Our 2 bedroom 'standard suite' was slightly dated but had an updated (albeit small) bathroom. Only spent a night here to visit the Bastei rock formations.
  : There was no shower curtain on the shower, so water inevitably went everywhere. Not even a panel, or half a panel as most Europeans seem to do. Also, unsure why this room is advertised as having a 'private pool' as this is not the case at all, not even a balcony or mini-fridge and the windows only open halfway for low airflow. Despite having English on signs and brochures, staff refuse to speak it and have no English menus in the restaurant - only Czech and German. (Not an issue as I am part German, but my husband and kids can't read it.) Staff also came off as rude and arrogant once they realized we were not Czech. Nice place but won't return, especially after paying over 5000CZK for one night's stay plus dinner (breakfast not included in rates).
