  : The family really enjoyed the waffle makers for breakfast and the mattresses were comfortable. There was not much to this stay that was enjoyable.
  : Upon entering the building, I already questioned my choice in hotels as there were stains completely covering the welcoming mats- something I had never seen before entering any other hotels I had been to. Without going into too much detail, I will give a quick rundown of my stay and only some of my complaints: Housekeeping was a joke! Stains and trash throughout the entire hotel as well as holes in the walls (trash, dirt, and misc items on floors and stairs never moved from arrival Friday afternoon until Monday at 11am). No toilet paper or kleenex in bathroom upon arrival. There is more I could say, but will leave it at that for now. I walked up on staff and customer arguing calling racial slurs and cursing- thankfully I was alone and my children were not with me!! I asked multiple times for extra towels, toiletries, and washcloths due to the size of my family- could not ever get what was needed, therefore, my family was not able to clean up as we should have been able to. The pool had boatmen bugs, which bit my children. Breakfast was extremely crowded and I saw one family flat out leave because they could not figure out how to get food with how chaotic it was. Hot breakfast was cold (except the waffles that we made ourselves). There was a dog that kept scratching, whining, and barking at all hours and at one point the hallway smelled like feces. No available drinking water throughout the building except at breakfast. Multiple times I smelled marijuana walking the halls. Guests were utterly disrespectful being loud and running the halls past 1:30 AM I was forced to call the front desk, which is another story in itself. Sadly, this is not everything.

  : At 11pm one night we had clogged toilet instead of getting us a plunger they wanted to move our room at 11pm becuase they could not find a plunger in the entire hotel

  : It was clean. Good location. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Fair price for what you get. Check in at 3pm.
  : No elevator it wasn’t an issue for me but if someone isn’t able to walk upstairs they would need a room on the first floor. Slow working staff, had to wait 10+ minutes to check out.

  : Parking by the room was convenient.Breakfast was good.My family did enjoy the lobby seating area so we could visit.
  : Booking was for 2 room for 5 people yet there were only 2 towels in each room.Requested smoke free room yet we could smell smokeFront desk was not helpful at all when asked questions.
