  : Location, views from terrace, friendly and attentive hosts. There's all kitchen equipment, instead kettler.
  : There was neither soap nor other toiletries int the bathrooms. There was not even toilet paper, which was provided by the host only upon request. Also there was no kettler, coffee and tea in the appartment. Worn out furniture in the terraces, especially pergola roof covering, which does not protect against rain at all. Very small bedroom in the upper floor with no facilities, except WC and bathroom

  : As other reviews have said, the view from the upper terrace is incredible. We were very happy that we stayed in Levanto rather than the more crowded towns of Cinque Terre, which is easy to get to by train. We enjoyed walking to the beach at the upper end and through the tunnels there are some great private spots to swim. There is a great little grocery store with awesome local produce (the apricots and melons were fantastic in July). Lots of good restaurants for dinner in town. The owners (who are right there with you) made sure we had everything we needed. You feel as if you are guests in their home. They also drove our bags to the train station and gave us some of their homegrown apricots and very helpful local tips.
  : The accommodations were very basic (thin mattresses, pillows, and towels) and we had to buy soap, shampoo, and beach towels. However, when we asked, the host gave us dish and laundry soap and toilet paper and showed us how to use the washing machine. Checking in was a little challenging because we had to meet the greeter at another location and wait outside on the street with our luggage in the hot sun. We ended up taking a taxi from the train station and we were glad we did.
