  : Lack of professionalism, had to wait 11/2 hours for check in, no one spoke English. They didnt have my reservation, I had to show a proof of reservation, no common area for gathering, had a birthday first night and asked to gather somewhere with my friends and was shown tables in the open and it was pouring down with rain. First night was cold and asked for extra blankets for the second night and was refused. My youngest child was badly told off for not using the right toilet, the latter after waiting for almost two hours for check in. Quite a poor approach Id reckon!

  : the site is in an old farm surrounded by woods which is nice
  : very expensive compared to what they offer, low quality breakfast for 5. it is very family oriented. very noisy during the night. staff was unfriendly. showers and restrooms were fine.

  : It was my first time something different than hotel or appartement. We stayed in treetent it was cute. The ground tent looked also cute. The lady on first day was friendly and spoke English.
  : When we arrived around 11 p.m the toiletrooms and shower rooms were full of insect and flies. There is an information paper at the doors about breakfast and about the door that always should remain closed and the light should be turned off but unfortunately it is only in french seem that not everyone was french speaking someone left it open. Also when the lady arrived next morning she was really angry because the door of bathrooms and shower room were open and there were way too many insects. So she was taking it off on people who didn't had any clue. She cleaned one bathroom with less insects and was angry. Fortunately i already went in dirty bathroom before the lady had arrived. Because there was a women waiting and the lady told she can go to the bathroom but have to close the door unfortunately in french and women didn't understand it. So lady said it again angry in french while walking away. So I translated it for her. I think they can better put a paper in english too and do a little bit effort to speak english if you know that not only french speaking people come there. Also it's really a tent with no lights(because of insects?) and electricity, i miss that information during booking. Also farmer next door decided to work on field at midnight to around 2 a.m so there wasn't much sleeping..
