  : Nice and friendly staff. There is a small supermarket opposit the hotel. Very convenience.
  : Elevator was out of service. It was not easy to carry bags up and down thr stairs.

  : Not much. The hotel was in the process of closing down for the season and had an air of abandonment. See below.The bed was comfortable and the final room was clean.
  : The photos give the impression that the hotel is located in a pastoral setting when it is in fact in the centre of a purpose built area of ski apartments. The hotel was in the process of closing down for the season, most rooms had been dismantled. We were offered a room on the first floor , it was substantially smaller than expected, no way 25m2, and there was a radiator hanging off the wall at the side of the toilet. We asked for a change. The only other room available was exactly the same but on the third floor- the elevator was not working!We asked about dinner. It was after 18.00. We were told that it would be a fixed menu at 37 but the receptionist couldnt say what was on the menu because the chef hadnt arrived yet. We decided to eat elsewhere. On leaving our room to go for dinner, we were confronted by a group people attending a biathlon who were practising their electronic rifle shooting in the corridor. We literally had to climb over one prostrate man and his gun to get to the stairwell,We also declined the breakfast priced at 19 per person. However in the morning the manager did offer us a free breakfast to compensate for our poor experience. We declined as we were by then anxious to leave.
