  : Cosy rooms , spacious without being over the top!Comfortable beds and fantastic bedrooms, had all the facilities and was equipped with all that was required..Lovely back garden with table & chairs...10 walk or so into town.Communication was good and when I needed little extra help it was available...was clean and tidy, liked the 2 toilets,1 upstairs with bathroom ,1 downstairs
  : The front door opens right onto the street, but this is a small drawbacks to an otherwise enjoyable stay

  : Toilets dirty, dirty towel left in bedroom, all bedding and towels smelt of damp, bed sunk on the edge and lumpy, bedsides tables so flimsy I couldn't even put a glass of water on it.

  : The bed sheets and towels were used disgusting! The toilets and shower werent cleaned. Only three beds were prepared instead of five beds!And then we had to send photos to proove the dirty bed sheets to have them changed.And the nice Garden furniture was absolutely dirty as well, so we couldnt use it.
