: Wonderful staff that went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I really appreciate that we could have our small dog with us 100% of the time. Food was delicious and there was a lot of it. We had booked breakfast and dinners. The surrounding place is beautiful and you can take a hike to jezerske jazero or killer hike to Bachledka like we did (the ski lift wasnt open) Prepare to not sit on the toilet the next day. Overall it was an awesome trip and would definitely come back to this hotel.
: I was missing a kettle in the room as i like to make tea a lot (felt bad for the ladies in the restaurant that had to make me tea nonstop) and also rooms were not really soundproof so i could hear a lot from rooms close to us. Last thing if youre really tall dont get the studio room, the slanted roof is in the bathroom too so less shower space.

: Staff is very professional and very kind. You can get superb meals at the restaurant, tasty food for reasonable price. Breakfast is excellent as well!
