  : the rooms were spacious and clean. the breakfast was also good although i could have done without the turkey bacon
  : my only issue is that the phone did nit work when or if we needed to call to the front desk and that the microwave did not work properly either.

  : My first contact with the property was with a gentleman that worked the front desk named Tommy during a worldwide computer outage. He stayed in contact with me from five in the morning till 9 AM reassuring me that when I arrived at my room would be ready. Working on the pressure never once losing his cool once we arrive, After a 5hr drive we were greeted by Jess and Nathan. They were very accommodating and making sure that we had everything we needed back in fourth with little things we forgot. The kept a wonderful attitude as a huge family arrive with a family reunion. ( it was a very busy weekend) The staff seem to be very helpful and everyone around. The system in general manager, Jennifer was very kind during The hustle and bustle of that morning as we (a group of other people) checked out . I think he was working alone at the front desk that morning felt bad for her .

  : Property was under renovations and in somwhat disarray. They did not have a small market to buy food or water like other Holiday Inn Expresses.

  : Only stayed 1 night - arrived late and left early in next morning. So we had no issues and bed was comfortable and was very clean and everything supplied.
  : As stated, we were there for only 1 night so we had no issues.

  : Courtesy of staff was great. Location is good proximity to necessities and other locations for tourism.
  : Our toilet seat was broken and should've been replaced. Although very attentive and helpful, the hospitality room shouldn't fill into the hallway leading to the rooms. This is congestion and possibly a safety hazard.

  : Pillow cases were dirty refrigerator didn't work and was hassled the whole time about my payment not going thru and it hard already came out my bank account
