  : The price: it is one of the cheapest hotels you can get, especially, for such a big room with small kitchen, and store just few minutes away. It is great for people like us who are moving to Leipzig and were looking for reliable place to be for 10 days and with no excursions/pleasure in mind, and also cheap, and bookable for long stay-few days in advance. The tram is near by and takes 30 min till city center, there is also bus which goes directly to a nice lake. Many things could have been forgiven. Suprisingly, the room was quiet and we did not hear people in the corridors or upstairs. Beds were not so bad and comfy.
  : Think the main problem with the hotel is staff. They do not really like their work and seem to be too sad to be involved in anything, just doing the most bare minimum. Well, fair enough, you would not expect much for such a price but it feels like the hotel is not being managed at all, and many things could be forgiven (like old furniture, no air conditioning, etc.) but The people on the reception are super rude. I totally understand that speaking English is not so common. Even if we don't speak German, we still tried, bare minimum that we could, and also tried to communicate with Google translate. The receptionist in few times we interacted was super angry and almost screaming at us, for no reason, and it felt it was not only case. He did not get our name right, even after we wrote it on a paper. Did not explain anything, and was in general unpleasent to communicate with. The room is a bit worn out, and it is ok but there is really bad mold in places which could be removed and should be, otherwise it is dangerous for health. Kitchen cabinets are greasy and not cleaned properly. The trash is taken once per day around 9-10 (which is ok) with loud noise from the door bell (omg it is loud and sounds like air sirene) but only from kitchen and not in the bathroom. Towels are changed only once in seven days even if the sticker in bathroom says differently and there is a special sign "clean room" (nothing happens). If you want to get dishes you need to deposit 15 euro cash which will be returned (but count the things, they do not check them properly and might be problems than moving out, we had to ask for extra spoon as it was missing). As it was heat wave we had to open windows and there are quite loud noises from the store.

  : I stayed in Acora Leipzig for 15 nights, paid by cash. I asked for an invoice before I made the payment. They told me that the invoice will be given to me at the check-out. They gave me an invoice with a mistake (the total value at the invoice was 0,00 EUR instead of 609,50 EUR). After leaving Leipzig I've been telling the hotel many times that there is a mistake at the document. Today I called the 4th time the customer service from booking.com, asking for help to get the corrected invoice from the hotel. I'm already waiting for 3 months to get the invoice. In my opinion the hotel is trying to hide their revenue.
