  : It is accessible from the city center via tram, or 15-20 min walk. The area is less touristy and quiet. Breakfast was great and started early (6:30am) which met my need perfectly. There are multiple grocery stores within walking distance as well. I was able to get some good work done in the room thanks to the rather proper desk for a hotel room. The staff was very attentive and professional.
  : The only thing I didn't like was that there is almost no sound proof between the room and the hallway, so you can hear every conversation and noise from the hallway.

  : The hotel is inside a gallery, not a private building. All the lights in the room are dead-white halogen so it creates a cold, not pleasant atmosphere. The art of the famous artist is ugly and creepy in my opinion, right in front of the bed ( a photo is attached) And you cannot sit comfortably on the bed because the personal light is stuck exactly where your head supposed to lean on the board of the bed. No coffee/tee facilities in the room. No back garden or other convenient place to smoke on the outside , only standing at the street in the cold.

  : Fantastic breakfast - Parking close to the hotel - Super good room, where we got our room upgraded free of charge - Close to the center (750 meters) with many good restaurants - Trams right outside the hotel - Close to the Zoo within walking distance (1,300 meters)
