  : The cold. The radiators in the room were dead cold and it took the receptionist three our complaints to turn the heating on. Actually he kept putting us off up until I invited him to come in and check in person. The receptionist was neither professional nor friendly. Rather pretentious.

  : The location is great. The owner called beforehand to clarify the details of our arrival. The entrance door of the building has a safety code, which is more than reasonable, considering 24/7 shop with alcohol nearby. Such things were nice: hot water, relative cleanness, window view.
  : The most critical thing was turning off the heating in the room for the reasons of gas economy, and a consequent conversation with a person responsible for that. This is unacceptable in winter time and this influenced my final evaluation grade. It was very cold during the first day of the stay due to that development.Other issues were relatively minor and not surprising for such accommodation type: absence of elevator (3th floor), problems with moving the room door, shabby facilities, some odor.

  : The location was ideal.
  : The toilet seat was wobbly, the hot and cold water were reversed for the sink and the shower, I never was able to connect to internet, the hall light outside my door was broken and I had to use my phone flashlight. There was only one towel to use. the carpets are very old and dirty.

  : Old, smelly and shabby post/soviet hotel, worn out from the doorway to a shower holder. In some of old hotels one may still discover a scient of past glory. Here its not the case.
