  : It was a beautiful old building. Very friendly and helpful staff. Safely parked my motorbike. As a coeliac (gluten intolerant) they understood and produced an evening meal without any fuss.A very clean and comfortable room for a low cost.

  : The beautiful building is historical and really meaningful to the town, it is worthy. Although the main stairs are gorgeous, an elevator is available too. The bar-restaurant has several terraces around the building to relax with a nice basque meal or wine. Legazpi is very well located as a base camp to visit different points in the Basque Country by car from there (free parking at the hotel). The staff is very friendly and helpful.
  : It would be great to improve the free WiFi.

  : The location and actually the hotel looks to me that use to be soooo beautiful, is an old building with a lot of character that well preserved in some of its parts, for example the floors in wood are gorgeous and the architecture is fantastic. Th hotel is at hearth of the town wich is great.
  : The bathroom was not clean, it seemed like if some one"cleaned it up" but in a fast way, I could see hair on the floor of the bathroom that didnt belong to us, the bath curtain was dirty and the trash bin was not functional. Sheets were clean though, smelling clean and all but the room was small for 3. Our beds were so tightly arragend that the pass to the room was partly blocked by one of the beds. I insist, this hotel is beautiful, seems it has a history, it has potential to be not just a historical and beaituful place to stay but also functional, clean and confortable accomodation. Unfortunatly, we perceived a not well organized staff.
